We offer international shipping from Hong Kong SAR, China. Please note that delivery costs are set by our third-party distributors and are beyond our control. As such, shipping fees may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. We encourage you to review the shipping rates at checkout to ensure clarity on the total cost associated with your order.

At Sethal Studio, we prioritize the quality of our products and ensure they undergo thorough checks at every stage—factory, warehouse, and storage—before being shipped to our customers. However, we acknowledge that external factors beyond our control may still lead to damages during transit. 

If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, we strongly advise you to contact us immediately upon receipt.

Cancellation Eligibility: You may cancel your order and request a refund only if it has not yet been dispatched by our team.

Dispatch Notice: Once your order is dispatched, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
